Then come spend the weekend with us and learn the amazing craft of Primitive Blacksmithing! Feel the heat of the flames as you learn the techniques to build your own earthen forge that uses wood instead of coal.  
You'll also learn the techniques of heating, shaping, and bending metal, which will give you the knowledge you need to create your own primitive forge at home! You'll be able to create your own bellows and take it home with you. Not only that, but you'll also get to use a drum forge and learn how it's constructed. So, what are you waiting for? This weekend is limited to 6 people. The cost for this 3-day workshop is on a sliding scale of $275 - $325.00. While we can’t charge for meals, you are welcome to share our breakfasts and suppers; donations are gratefully accepted. Or feel free to bring your own meals. Tent camping on our land Friday and Saturday is included to fully immerse yourself in the experience. You will even be able to try night forging!
